Nvidia Geforce RTX 4060 drops down to $279

by on28 March 2024

Giving the Radeon RX 7600 a run for its money

The Nvidia Geforce RTX 4060 has dropped down to $279 for the first time, after being stuck at $299 for quite some time. The new price, which is currently limited to a single Zotac version, puts it against the Radeon RX 7600 (non-XT) which sells for around $250.

The deal was spotted by Videocardz.com, and features the Zotac RTX 4060 Twin Edge OC White, which is a custom version with decent factory-overclock. The $279 is just $20 below the official $299 Nvidia MSRP but still enough to get it close to the AMD Radeon RX 7600 (non-XT). In general, the Radeon RX 7600 is just slightly slower than the RTX 4060, but the RTX 4060 has DLSS 3 Frame Generation and ray tracing performance as its ace up the sleeve.

You can check out the deal over at Newegg.com.
