Samsung is apparently developing a 7-inch tablet slated for
launch in late 2010. The device is apparently dubbed S-Pad and like
most upcoming tablets it will run Android.
The good news is that Samsung will include a Super AMOLED screen and
the company is known for delivering excellent AMOLED screens on
previous products, mainly its 8xxx series phones.
The S-Pad should feature 3G, WiFi and access to Samsung's Apps service.
It's still a bit too early in the game and some specs might change by
the time Samsung launches it. We still don't have any pricing info or a
remotely accurate launch date.
