Google’s new Nexus devices are out but what about EU pricing? Let me refresh your memory in case you were more interested in natural disasters than technology yesterday. The Nexus 4 is selling for $299 for 8GB and $349 for 16 GB in the US.
In Europe, let’s pick Germany as an example, the Nexus 4 8GB is available for preorder for €299 while the 16GB version sells for €349. These prices are with 19 percent VAT included, while US prices are without sales tax, as always.
In the UK, a country that uses yet another currency, the Nexus 4 sells for £239 for 8GB, £279 for 16GB version. Both phones are listed as coming soon, but we expect to see them at some point in mid-November.
The Nexus 10 sells for $399 for 16GB and $499 for 32GB in the US, while European consumers get to pay €399 for 16GB and €499 for 32GB and again, the tablet is listed but you cannot preorder just yet. In the UK this tablet sells for £319 for 16GB, £389 for 32GB.
The refreshed Nexus 7 16GB is now selling for €199, a 50 euro drop from the previous €249 price. The new Nexus 7 32GB is selling for €249 and both are available today. If you buy one today expect to get it in three to five days. The new Nexus 7 32GB 3G (mobile data) is listed for €299 and Google claims it’s coming soon.
In the UK the Nexus 7 is selling for £159 for 16GB, £199 for 32GB and £239 for 32GB + HSPA+ 3G with speeds up to 42Mbits per second.
