We managed to get one more detail about Nvdia's next generation GT200 chip. We said it has more than a billion transistors and that it is made in 65nm.

GT200’s TDP is 250W and it will need two power connectors, but this is nothing unusual, as we’ve seen this with R600, R680 and Geforce 9800 GX2 dual chip will have the same.

Nvidia still believes that a single chip is the best way to go as history taught us that dual chip solutions are not the smoothest and that the SLI / Crossfire simply doesn’t do well in certain titles, no matter what you do.
