BFG to blame

BFG tech
is again the cheapest Geforce GTX in American market, at least at newegg market. These guys are selling the BFG Tech Geforce GTX 260 non-overclocked card for $234.99, but only after $35.00 regular price cut and an additional $30.00 mail-in rebate.

This is much cheaper than the competition, the closest one is Asus, and it is selling for $269.99 after $30.00 mail in rebate, and a few partners have said that the $235 price is far from reality and that you cannot make enough margin to sustain this product with that price.

The catch is probably that more than 50 percent of people in the USA are not claiming its mail-in rebate making the company earn more than they were supposed to; but hey, it is all up to you whether you claim your money or not.

You can check the American listing here while the cheapest Geforce GTX 260 in Germany is Leadtek with €221.94 ($286) price at press time, listed here.
