Puts a dial knob for Photoshop, Premiere, Word, and Excel

Logitech has announced a new keyboard aimed at professionals that meddle with Adobe or Microsoft applications, the Logitech CRAFT.

The Logitech CRAFT is a rather fancy-looking backlit wireless keyboard measuring 430x149x32mm (WxDxH) which features a "touch-sensitive aluminum creative input dial", called the Crown.

The Crown recognizes the apps and gives access to the specific tools, like font size, brush size, chart type and more. According to Logitech, its Options Software supports Adobe Photoshop CC, Adobe Illustrator CC, Adobe Premiere Pro CC, Adobe InDesign CC and Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel and Word, as well as gives additional control over the desktop, by allowing users to change desktops, navigate between apps, adjust volume and more.

The backlit illumination actually detects users hands and adjusts lighting automatically depending on the room conditions. Based on a full-size layout, the keys on the CRAFT have increased stability which should both reduce the noise and optimize responsiveness.

Since this is a wireless keyboard with Logitech's unifying 2.4GHz wireless technology and Bluetooth LE, it also supports easy switching between up to three connected devices with Easy-Switch button.

According to Logitech, the CRAFT Advanced Keyboard is expected to be available in October 2017 with a suggested retail price of US $199.99.
