The rumors about more content still coming for Battlefield 4 have been confirmed as true. A post on EA’s web site says that the recent release of “Final Stand” DLC is “not the end” of content for Battlefield 4.

While whispers that more DLC for Battlefield 4 might actually be in the pipeline, we were not sure till this post that it was actually correct. While we do know that “Final Stand” was the last of the scheduled content, the new news does not shed much light on what exactly DICE might be planning.

We have not yet be able to unearth what exactly the additional content might be or when this content might be coming out for release, and perhaps most of all; if it will cost actual money or will be something DICE is giving away for free. The only hint so far is that DICE has acknowledged the fact that people would like to see some of the classic maps from other games in the Battlefield re-imagined and released for Battlefield 4 and they are asking player for more feedback about that possibility.

We will continue to dig, but don’t get too excited just yet.
