Nvidia releases Geforce 337.61 Beta Hotfix driver

by on17 April 2014

For Dell's Ultrasharp 4K/UHD displays

Nvidia has released a new Geforce driver, or to be precise the Beta Hotfix of the previously released Geforce 337.50 Beta driver which should solve some issues, mostly on Dell's Ultrasharp 4K/UHD monitors.

According to the release notes provided by Nvidia, the new Geforce driver resolves issues seen on Dell's Ultrasharp UP3214Q and the UP2414Q LCD 4K/UHD monitors where half or no display issues occured. In addition to those, the new Geforce 337.61 Beta hotfix driver also resolves the Code 43 error message after installing the previous 337.50 Beta driver on a system with Hyper-V enabled.

The new Geforce 337.61 Beta driver should include all the "magic performance improvements" from the 337.50 Beta driver but those are not as impressive and magic as Nvidia claimed, at least according to some reviews of the driver we saw online.

In any case, if your are running any of those Dell's Ultrasharp 4K/UHD monitors, you can find the new Geforce 337.61 Beta Hotfix driver here.
