Sort of

If the recent rumours about Nvidia's ION 2 are correct, Point of View might be on the right trail with its Pinetrail and Geforce 210 combo and might already have it despite the fact that this one isn't Nvidia's own design but rather something that was designed by Point of View.

In addition to a standard mini-ITX motherboard based on the NM10 chipset, 1.66GHz dual core Atom D510 CPU and Intel's GMA 3150, which features two DDR2 memory slots, single PCI-Express x1 slot, integrated 5.1-channel audio, 10/100 LAN (optional Gigabit Ethernet), two SATA 3.0Gbps ports and D-Sub output, POV has announced yet another but rather interesting motherboard featuring Geforce G210 PCI-Express x1 graphics card.

If the rumours that ION 2 might be based on Geforce 210/310 GPU are correct, then POV might already have it despite the fact that this one has nothing to do with Nvidia and that Point of View made this one on their own.

We even managed to score some details about the graphics card and the low-profile Geforce G210 PCI-Express x1 will work at 650MHz for the core, 1550MHz for 512MB of SDDR3 memory and 1600MHz for shaders. It features 16 stream processors, a 64-bit memory interface and comes with DVI and HDMI outputs.

The entire motherboard is cooled passively, although we suspect that it will be shipped with a small fan for the D510 CPU heatsink if the things get too hot. According to our info, both motherboards should show up in retail pretty soon.
