IDF 2007:   The memory

Intel plans the mass production of 32 nanometre processors in 2009 and today it was happy to announce that it has its first 32 nanometre out.

Its 32 nanometre waffer is actually a Sram wafer with 1.9 billion transistors and it is supposedly working.

Intel processor production is still scheduled for 2009 and Nehalem is still 45 nanometre that should get Intel trough 2008.
